Completed files will be reviewed by the committee shortly after this date. Decisions will be sent by April 1<sup>st<\/sup>. We admit 2 cohorts for the fall semester.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\"><u>SPRING<\/u>: Applications and materials for the spring term are due by November 1<sup>st<\/sup>. Completed files will be reviewed by the committee shortly after this date. Decisions will be sent by December 1<sup>st<\/sup>. We admit 1 cohort for the spring semester.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">How long does a semester run?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">Fall and spring semesters are 15 weeks each. Summer sessions I and II are 5 weeks each and summer session III is 3 weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">How many class(es) is a student allowed to take each semester?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">Students are automatically registered through the Office of Graduate Admissions and must follow the course sequence as indicated above.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>How long does it usually take to finish the program?<\/strong> Approximately 16 months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>What is the cost of the program?<\/strong> Tuition and fees: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wcsu.edu\/registration\/grad-tuition\/\">http:\/\/www.wcsu.edu\/registration\/grad-tuition\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Is the program completely online?<\/strong> Yes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">When can I start my fieldwork?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">You may begin to accumulate your fieldwork hours the first day of EPY 641 provided you and your supervisor have registered and completed the online supervision and experience\u00a0training modules. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">You are responsible for finding an appropriate supervisor for your fieldwork.\u00a0 If it is difficult to find a supervisor in your area, there are companies that provide online supervision.\u00a0 The supervisor must not be a relative, subordinate, or employee during the experience period.\u00a0 You may be asked to compensate your supervisor for his or her time.\u00a0 This is common, acceptable and not considered an employer\/employee relationship.\u00a0\u00a0If you have difficult locating a supervisor, speak to your Professor and he\/she will to his\/her best to assist you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">Is financial aid available?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 12pt\">Only for the students admitted into the MS program and follow the structured program sequence.
